China-Russia oil pipeline to enter into operation in 2011, Chinese FM

China-Russia oil pipeline is to conclude its construction by the end of 2010 and enter into operation in 2 011, Yang Jiechi, the Chinese Foreign minister, said here on Sunday.

He made the remark at a press conference on the sidelines of the annual session of the National People's Congress (NPC), the country's top legislature.  He said China-Russia are now enjoying mature, stable and healthy relations, saying that to develop relations with Russia is one of China's top priorities.

He said China will not only push forward energy cooperation with Russian, but also improve cooperation in non-oil sectors, such as boo sting trans-border trades and infrastructure construction areas.  The China-Russia oil pipeline is to link oilfields in Russia's oil-rich
