The sponsoring entity, FAMURS, is an agglomeration of 480 plus municipal governments. The project entails consolidating the procurement needs of small and mid-sized cities to upgrade and renew their heavy machinery equipment for municipal highway maintenance. The project has support from the Federal Government's PAC (Growth Acceleration Program) and will require leasing and long-term rental contact partnerships with the Public sector.
