Sponsors Each Forum Sponsor has a designated private meetings table at the Forum, where we ask that one person from the sponsoring firm be made available to receive private meetings. In addition to this, we work hard to ensure that our sponsors have a full schedule of private meetings with prospective clients and business partners at the Forum. Sponsors benefit from both hosting and requesting private meetings. VIP Meetings Separate from the Online Private Meeting System, CG/LA will work with Platinum Sponsors to ensure that high-level executives from the sponsoring firm have private meetings with VIPs, speakers and high-level participants though bilateral meetings in a special VIP area.
