Private Meeting Sessions

Every registered participant will receive access to CG/LA's Private Meetings system, where they can schedule up to 8 one-on-one meetings with Forum Sponsors and Project Presenters.  The meetings will last 15 minutes, more than sufficient time to tap into expertise or build your business through connections. The scheduling system will go live January 23rd, 2012 and meetings fill up fast.  Do not miss out; register now. Each Forum Sponsor has a designated private meetings table at the Forum, where we ask that one person from the sponsoring firm be made available to receive private meetings.  In addition to this, we work hard to ensure that our sponsors have a full schedule of private meetings with prospective clients and business partners at the Forum.  Sponsors benefit from both hosting and requesting private meetings.

VIP Meetings

Separate from the Online Private Meeting System, CG/LA will work with Platinum Sponsors to ensure that high-level executives from the sponsoring firm have private meetings with VIPs, speakers and high-level participants though bilateral meetings in a special VIP area.
