Brazil: Sao Paulo Metropolis 2025 project

The city Government of Sao Paulo, together with the Sao Paulo state Government have launched an integrated infrastructure and security plan initiative with a vision towards 2025. Total combined annual budgets surpass US $1.2 billion per year. The project includes water and wastewater network expansions as well as expansion in 140 kilometers of rail (underground and light rail).
