At CG/LA Infrastructure LLC, Mr. Del Valle is the VP of New Business Development and Strategy Consulting.
He is also General Project Manager of the Latin American Infrastructure Leadership Forum, through which his firm develops a business
platform to increase investments in infrastructure and to provide solutions in infrastructure market for policy maker professionals,
private sector executives, and leaders at multilateral organizations.  Currently, he manages the 2nd North American Infrastructure Leadership Forum.

Previously Mr. Del Valle has worked for the World Bank, the Graduate School of Public Policy and Administration (Mexico),
and the Ministry of Social Development in Mexico.   He focuses on global business competitiveness, productivity, and infrastructure project finance.  He has conducted policy research for governments and I-NGOs such as Fedesarrollo (Colombia) and National Institute of Rural Development (India) on alternative development practices such as microfinance-lending schemes, fair trade, youth education and unemployment, and other social safety net programs.

He holds a B.A in Economics (ITESM, Monterrey Mexico), and a M.A. in Public Policy (Georgetown University, Washington, DC).
