CG/LA's Infra Lab hosts strategic project presentations by sponsors/developers/champions from around the world. Every two months we will select a project, and host a two hour project presentation by the project champion/sponsor, to a limited group of investors, development bank executives, EPC firms and equipment suppliers. Participation is limited to 12 executives.
The objective of CG/LA's Infrastructure Lab is to grow the pipeline of great projects, and push these projects forward. If you have a mature project, and are looking to optimize its structure and/or close financing please submit a hosting request to: infrastructurelab@cg-la.com

Recently Completed Infra Lab: Port of Monkey Point Location: Caribbean Coast - Nicaragua Stage: Pre-feasibility Total project value: US$250 million over 5 years Type: Public Concession The Port of Monkey Point is a US $250 million Greenfield port project on the Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua. Once built, this port will be able to handle large container ships and a high volume of traffic to and from the east coast of the United States Europe and the Caribbean. It is expected that during its first 5 years, this port will be able to process 500,000 tons; this capacity will double after 7 years.
