What are Private Meetings?

Private Meetings are one on one virtual meetings. These B2B meetings give you the opportunity to speak privately with industry leaders including, project presenters, forum speakers, government officials, etc. 

Who am I able to meet with? 

You will be able to meet with the remarkable selection of industry leaders included in the private meeting scheduler opening on October 26th. More meeting hosts will be added as they become available, so be sure to check this page and book early as there are limited slots with each meeting host. 

When do Private Meetings take place?

Private Meetings take place on October 28th between 5:30 and 8:00 PM ET immediately following the forum. 

Where are Private Meetings?

Private Meetings are powered by OpenExchange through Zoom. As a meeting guest, you will have a unique link to each of your meetings sent to your inbox immediately after booking your meeting. This confirmation will include an option to add the meeting link to your calendar. You will be sent reminders 24 hours and 1 hour prior to the meeting start time. 

How can I book Private Meetings?

You can book private meetings using our scheduler. Here is a step by step guide for reference: 

1. Select the host you would like to meet with. 

2. Select the time below the hosts name and click continue. Note: (if no times appear, sadly, this means all available times have been booked with the host).

3. Fill in the fields with your Name and contact information. Click “Complete Appointment”. 

4. You will be directed to a confirmation message containing: 

   • Time and date of meeting

   • Unique Link to join the meeting

   • Options to cancel/reschedule

   • Options to add directly to iCal/outlook and google calendars.

How do I join my meetings? Where can I find links to my meetings?

You will join meetings by clicking on the unique Zoom links associated with each meeting. The links will appear in the confirmation message once you complete booking. This link will also be sent in reminder emails 24 hours and 1 hour prior to the meeting. 

When can I book Private Meetings?

You can book private meetings once the scheduler goes live on October 26th until 1:00pm EST on the day of the forum, October 28th, 2021. 

How much do Private Meetings cost?

Private Meetings are FREE with advanced forum registration.

How many Private Meetings am I allowed to book?

There is no limit on the number of meetings you are allowed to book. You are encouraged to book as many Private Meetings as you are able to fit within the 2.5-hour Private Meetings window. Please be careful not to double book meetings. 

How can I prepare for Private Meetings?

Please test that your computer has a strong internet connection and you are able to run Zoom on your computer prior to the meeting. We also recommend testing sound, lighting, and camera to ensure an optimal meeting experience.
